On 12-17-09, a salesperson (Damien), Manager Mike sold my elderly mother a vacuum. They knew that she was disabled because she always uses a cane when she walks. They did not allow her to try the product, they simply demonstrated it for her. She also, being the age of 69 has somewhat diminished capacity & even wrote her last 4 digits of the date of purchase as her last 4 numbers of her phone number instead of the year of purchase.
