This past week I contacted my satellite tv provider to pay my bill. I navigated the automated system to access an agent. Once connected I told the agent I needed to pay the amount needed to avoid disconnect but also needed to change account information as we had experienced fraudulent activity in our old checking account and had to open a new one.
