I paid £17 for an answer to my plumbing problem but now find I am being billed £17 per month for unlimited service which I definately didnt sign up for. S far thyey have drawn an additional £34 from my bank account. The only telephone number I can find is in the States, which is great if you are in the UK. I went back into the site using a different email address etc with the same problem and the sign up definately does not say that the fee will be recurring.
