I made a payment arrangement which was set for 12/29/10. We were never informed that the service can be shut of a 12:01am on 12/19/10. We have been a customer since 2007. I explained the situation to a rep, then supervisor Tim, then supervisor Tori 403382, then supervisor Cindy. No one even asked for my account information. I asked Cindy to please not put me on hold, she said she had better things to do and she had to go to a meeting. She placed me on mute.
