Bus Driver on bus #236 is rude and non-responsive when spoken to. I ride the bus regularly from Balboa Blvd and Sherman Way, Van Nuys, CA. to Glenoaks Blvd and Hubbard St., Sylmar, CA., the driver is at least 20 minutes behind on most days and makes no effort to reach his designated stops in a prompt manner. The traffic can be light and moving well, yet he drives well under the posted speed limit.
