Our microwave quit working. We called A&E appliance repair on the advice of Kitchen Aid, the manufacturer. They missed the first appointment, showed for the second and 'diagnosed' the problem. The part was ordered and arrived. They then didn't make the next 4 appointments, saying they were overbooked. For some reason, our repair continually went to the bottom of the pile.
