I purchased I the Magic Jack from a store in Canada. I received it via Canada post free shipping and handling. I plugged it into my computer and it did not work. Through the only way to contact them (live chat) they tried everything to get it to work and they deemed it defective and that they could send me a new one but I would have to pay $9.95 shipping and handling for the replacement one.
