to whom it may concern, i am a consumer who happens to work for the biggest retail company in the world. and if i treated a customer the way i have been treated i would be written up or fired on the spot. the term the customers is always right is not all true. but to a point it is, especially when the company that is known for poor customer service . one would thing that a company like dish network needs to improve there relationship with the customers they serve and in all reality help those who actually make there financial dreams come true... read full review »
