USER REVIEWS (not happy, horrible company!)

I bought a John Eber hair straightner from the mall in Dallas, Tx. It cost me $300 for this hair straightener. I didn't want to use it until I got home since it was in a nice box and i didn't want to risk damaging it. Well when i got home i was so excited to use it. It didnt' work!!! I called every phone number i could find. I emailed every email address, and i mailed every address they gave me for the so called lifetime warranty. GE Money
I went to Dallas, TX for my anniversary. I was scammed in a mall for Jose Eber hair straightener (paid $300 and when i flew home and went to use it, it didn't even work). I called the company that has the "lifetime warranty" and they wont do anything. They have email address, phone numbers, and mailling address but they wont reply to me about getting an exchange.
