JC Penney payment has always been due the 3rd of the Month. I have automatic payment sent without issues until they change the date to the 27th of the same month. Two payments in one month? I didn't catch this and was hit with $35 late fee. I heard that GE Money is doing this to everyone to get cash. This is totally unfair and should be investigated by our Government. I am never late on this paymet, and will now never shop at JC Penney's again. read full review »
