This outfit doesn't seem to be able to credit payments made to them online. For 3 months I have been trying to prove that a payment has been made to no avail. Now I received a letter from a collection agency in Calif. demanding payment for $26.90 that I don't owe. Dealing with them on the phone gives the impression their accounting and their employees are substandard. read full review »
