Paid $230 for several multi-year disney magazine subscriptions. After several months I called to check on the order. At this point they said one of the magazines was no longer available and gave me a list to choose another from. I decided that I just wanted a refund. I have called a dozen or more times and actually got them on the phone twice. The second time they said they would have their refund person call me back. That was over a month ago and now they won't answer the phone. If you give these people your money you will never see it again. My order was placed on August 12 2010 and it is now 2011 and I still have not received it. read full review »
