started with horrible service and ending with more bad service. Tech that installed my internet forge my name to the contract, charge 125.00 for pole mount and come to find out hughesnet doesnt charge for that any longer. I have call 6 times to india, to explain my complaints each and everytime get the same answer someone will call me back, it doesnt happen. Horrible installation work to a new house, wires all over the place with a juction box for no reason. read full review »
