I was given a gift card to Barnes and Noble for Christmas. I used the card online to buy some books. I tried to use my account, but they required a credit card, so I used a guest account. the site read that I had more then double the amount I was trying to use on my gift card. Later, I get an email saying that my card was denied. I check my balance for a second time, and lo and behold, it is $0!!! I get on the phone with them and wait an HOUR AND A HALF before hanging up.
