I received a gas delivery in early December. I didn't receive a bill. I emailed the company and requested a bill-- no response. I called on the 17th 2 times - the first I left a message, later in the day, I called again and talked with a representative, who answers the phone. She said the bill will be in the mail and I would receive it in a few days. On January 1st, when I still had not received the bill, I called again (and recorded my call) asking for the bill.
