I placed an order for an item that states it "usually ships within 24 hours." That was on 1/5. I get an email confirming everything, saying it will ship on 1/6. When I received no confirmation of shipping or email telling me of a problem I called the company and was told that the item had already shipped. They had no excuse for why the website wouldn't update. The next morning (1/6) I receive an email telling me my order has been delayed and will not ship until 1/7.
