Ubuntu (do they even know the meaning of the word) Municipality Call Centre at 0878054890 have taken to harassing me by phoning me at 9o'clock at night and other odd hours, to tell me I have to pay an outstanding traffic fine. I do not even know where they are. I have asked them to send me the fines - they have refused to do so and I have never received anything so I cannot comment on how valid itthey are.
