I bought an HP Lap Top from Best Buy around September, 2009, spending around $ 900 for the Lap Top and $ 150 for the Best Buy warranty as I was told that if anything goes wrong with my Lap Top, Best Buy will fix it within three days. One month later, the Lap Top stoped performing (it kept shutting off and giving me a message that there were problems with the hardware).
