Since the house I moved to 2 months ago has no working phone jack, I decided to give Magic Jack a try. This is the biggest piece of garbage I have ever wasted my money on. The first two days after buying it, I spent 8 hours each day on the online chat trying to get it working properly. Finally, it began to work. But everytime I have to restart my computer, it quits working again and I have to go back to the online chat. In 2 months I have been on the chat about 6 times. I have talked to over 30 agents.
