I called today to correct billing error to only wait 20 mins for someone to answer and then hang up. Than I placed and email stating to call me back if they want there money to only receive an automated email stating to look on web for help or to call back. Well the website is no help and can't solve the problem. So I decide to call back. This time a female answered in a reasonable time and after a couple of times of being placed on hold she said she corrected my billing problem.
