I ordered a hooded sweat shirt from Fli Pelican's online clothing store on December 8th 2010 as a christmas present for my 19 year old son. As of today, January 12, 2011, I've yet to receive it. I paid for it through paypal. I've sent 7 emails and called at least 4 times attempting to find out the status of my order (left voicemail messages). I received a phone call this past Saturday (1/8/11) from someone asking me what I ordered and what my email address was. I was promised that Nino, the owner of the company would call me.
