I have talked to these people and have told them I didn't order anything from them and I want my money refunded and service charge for the transaction. They withdrew $49.98 and my bank charged me $20. for nsf in my account. They told me to put in a request to billing and I did in Nov. and I still haven't seen or heard anything.
