GFI couldn't close the relatively simple refinance of my home. They couldn't keep their promises on rate or closing costs. I paid upfront prior to receiving a good faith estimate. The next GFE I saw was at closing, and all of the terms were incorrect - on top of which they expected me to bring $5000 to closing (it was supposed to be "minimal or no" closing costs).
