First, the movers were careless. Boxes that were clearly marked 'fragile' and 'this side up' were recklessly handled. I saw one mover trying to force a box - marked as above - into a gap. He had turned it on its side and was applying force to it to try squeeze it in. Needless to say, a fair amount of our crockery and a number of our glasses were broken. Our tv was damaged.. Second, little care was taken to preserve the furniture. We asked for several of our soft wood furnishings to be bubble wrapped. The movers arrived... read full review »
