Attempted to have three videotapes delivered to Hartford-Springfield area from Stonington, CT day after storm dumped snow on region. 12-20 inches of snow, but by noon time, the roads were cleared and passable. FedEx is usual carrier we use, but could not find out when they would be picking up, but was told on 800 number that Norwich shipping center was open. Drove there to find it was not open at all.
