WhenI placed my cable subscription order, I also ordered Russian language premium channels. I was told by the sales representative that they have an "International" package that includes all their foreign language channels, including the Russian channels, for $14.95 per month. She went on to explain each channel (Arabic, Portuguese, etc.) I told her that I was only interested in the Russian channels, but she said that they did not have just a Russian package.
