Please forward this complaint to a decision maker at Dish Network: I am really disappointed with Dish Network decision. I called to see the options of lowering my monthly bill. I was more interested in the just the local channels. I was told that it was not possible. After talking to a customer service person, specialist and a floor supervisor. I was told that the best solution would be to get the silver package. The package was $ 29.99 but for loyalty I will be given it for $24.99 for six months.
