We were robbed of our money on our gift card - we tried to make a purchase online on January 8, 2010, then received an email saying our credit card was denied, but they also robbed the gift card and did not process our order! We have called more than 7 times in the last week and have sat on hold for up to 2 hours!!! The customer service for Barnes and Noble sucks!!! We sent emails and got automated responses saying to call the number, so we call and all we do is sit on hold! We were robber and we will NEVER buy from Barnes and Noble ever again!!! read full review »
