8 days ago I was a victim of a money scam on Facebook and Hotmail. My Hotmail account was re-instated, but I have done everything Facebook has asked me to do, and no response. Their customer service is terrible, with no reguard for the people. I have friends that I need to notify, and I do not have access to my account to let them know. I didn't do anything wrong, yet I am the one who can't get on my account. I can't even start a new account. And no one will help. I have emailed them every day. Nothing!
