I desperately wanted a book which I knew had been published but not yet available in SA. Exclusibe Books promised delivery within 3-5 days so I placed my order in good faith. I am on day 7 and still no sign of my book which I have now been told will be delivered next week so we talking between day 10-15 and all they can say is 'I'M SORRY BUT ITS NOT MY FAULT'. read full review »
