On November 28, 2010 a ltter was sent to the company. A check for $350 was sent to this company on or about August 3, 2010 and was posted on my account on August 10, 2010. This amount was in payment for a ¼ page ad in the Signature Venue Ad Book for BoMA in Columbus, Ohio. Your representative has responded whenever I have sent him an email inquiry, but he admits he does not know when the book will be out. Regardless, three months (5 months as of 1/11) is a ridiculous amount of time to wait and I would like a refund send... read full review »
