The internet does not connect at all.There is a problem in the exchange as told by the customer care on 13th jan 2011.I have recieved service request number but till date no action taken so far. I am not able to reach their customer care number also. I am able to go through the IVRS and after 15 minutes of waiting in the queue fed up with no idea of when my call will be attended... I have tried my luck many times but all the time the call got cut automatically or I waste 25 minutes .. read full review »
