I recently received a Finpix Z20 Fd camera. This included bonus accessories. I received the accessories however there is no USB cord for my camera to plug into the computer. I contacted the technical support and received the most horrendous service. Before I could even tell the first rep what my issue was they transferred me, the next rep did the same. When I finally explained the situation to a rep she told me to mail in the part that didn't work with the receipt and they will send me a new one.
