I received a notice to renew my business name for a fee of $100 in July 2010. The check was cashed but then I receive another notice again in September for $100 fee to renew. Then on December I received another notice from the same company this time, it says to update my business info and no payment necessary. Since I've already paid so I filled out the form and send it in. Now it's January, I checked the public record and they have not updated my record. It's now expired.
