I am attempting to advocate for my almost-93 year old Mom who is a 2 year+ customer of Direct TV. she told me they keep raising her rates, charging her credit card more $ each month. I started calling them today at 9am Cali time and gave up at 12:20pm! Over 4 hours trying to get a "Supervisor" to speak with me, getting hung up on (twice), and total disrespect, no love or compassion.
