We purchased membership to this company in Feb. '10. We have had nothing but customer services issues but most importantly, we've seen none of the savings promised during the sales presentation. We asked for a refund and were told to use the new fulfillment company and if we had the same customer service issues, they would "consider" giving us a refund in a year.
