UPS is in my view one of the WORST service providers. I was recently sent a package from Ontario by ground transportation. The package was delayed 8 hours within UPS facility for incorrect routing ! Then I was assured that I would receive it by the end of Monday. Nothing arrived. During the day, I noticed a status update from EDMONTON which said - "Adverse Weather Conditions".
