Have bought ice cream cakes from Gelatitalia before. Last week I bought my birthday cake -looked great. On my birthday, when I cut the cake, I noticed that the ice cream was very icy, not creamy and the spongecake was old. In fact, the cake was so old, no-one could eat it. It must have been in their freezer for months. I returned the cake yesterday and got the WORST customer service EVER . The manager refused to come out of his office to speak to me.
