We bought a new Kenmore Refrigerator. The icemaker did not work right from the start. The earliest service appointment was a "8am-12pm" a week later. We unhappily accepted it. By 12pm Tech had not called or shown upl. Repeated calls to Service Dept got scripted "I'll pass on the message" and "I will call the service department and they will contact you."
