Their online "create a shipment" system is very tricky. Due to a change in the weight of a package I was shipping to CA, the system dropped my Saturday delivery request. My customer was angry and I had to refund her money. But I'm still out $145 to UPS for a NON-SHIPMENT. Even though I requested an intercept the package went to Hollister, CA they did nothing.
