I bought a $39 Groupon for a $80. A Taste of San Diego dining and walking tour. I should have been suspicious when the owner would not name the specific restaurants or foods we would get when I called. She just said, Mexican, French, Italian. She said we would walk about 1 mile. The quality and quantity of the food did not reflect the $80 price. The tour owner cut corners and spent less than $20 per person on food and pocketed the rest.
