I purchased 2 desktop from Bestbuy over Thanksgiving in 2009. Around 2010 Thanksgiving, I saw 2 charges from Bestbuy on my credit card statement. I called the credit card company and was told that they were for Software renewal. The credit card company even gave me the phone number and the name of the department to contact at Bestbuy. I called Bestbuy. I was told that the charges were for Anti-virus software renwal. However, the problem is I NEVER INSTALL the software!
