I got the magic jack about a year ago. It worked fine for a year, but suddenly it just went crazy. When calls would come in, the phone wouldn't ring. I know it wasn't the phone, because we tried a different phone with it and still had that problem. Then, it stopped letting me call out. It started saying that our account had an unpaid balance. My husband went online and paid for another year, thinking that maybe it was time to renew. This still didn't fix it saying we had an unpaid balance.
