Just received a letter from National Credit Solutions stating the we owe money to Hollywood video. They stated that it was from a late fee back in May 2009--funny I never heard this from Hollywood when I was renting movies from them clear up until 2010 when they went bankrupt and closed down. Also, funny that when we called National Credit Solutions to try and get clear information about this they were only able to tell us the rental dates, not when the movies were returned.
