Service Magic allowed a competitor to access my account, change user passwords and steal my leads!! I called to inquire when my passwords had been changed and was told that I called and requested a password reset, I had just used my account that morning and apparently developed amnesia because I needed a password reset within an hour or two! BULLSHIT-they did not confirm the identity of the caller if they had attempted to they would have realized it wasn't me.
