I had Dish Network set on monthly auto pay through my credit card for the last 2 yrs. Suddenly on Jan 2011 statement I noticed as increase in my bill by $6.00. After discussion with the Dish network customer service I found out that they started charging me the $6.00 for extended warranty on equipment since Nov.2010 without my authorization. I asked them to cancel the extended warranty and credit my account but that would cost me $25.00 to cancel the extended warranty. They offered me $5.00 credit for the next 6 months.
