I bought a 2008 Infiniti G37S on Friday, on Saturady the car is completely dead, does not start, doors do not unlock, trunk does not open. Called on Carmax on Saturday, said to call a tow company to bring car in and would give me a loaner. Tow company does not arrive for three hours, get to Carmax and my Sales Asssociate is too busy to see me, Sales Manager is too busy is at lunch.
