I ordered a Black Onyx and Diamond Men's ring on December 05, 2010. This is a custom made ring so I understood it would take 10-15 days to process. I paid $25 for express shipping because it was for a birthday gift on December 28th. Well after no update emails I called customer service on December 23rd. The woman that answered advised me she would send a request to the customer's department and I would recived an email by the end of the day.
