Why am I paying DOUBLE for promitions that you offer and conventely run out in the midddle of the month. If this is your way to make money than this is wrong!!! I have been a loyal customer for longer than 6 years. I left cable for this reason and now your doing the same exact thing. First I had to change my package because You no longer have the one I had.(at a higher charge) I will go back to cable even though I hate that company. At least they listen and fix all over billing.
