Before Santander took over Citi Financial, Citi Financial set up a payment on my accvount and I have done everything Santander has asked me to do as far as faxing over the proof of documents of the payment that was set up and Santander continues recurring late fees and stating that we are one payment behind and this is causing major issues. We are due a refund on the recurring late fees. Its making the balance occur more interest on a balance thats not appropriate! Get it straight.. I make my payments EVERY MONTH...
